Valero Contributes $25,000 to Terrific Kids and Terrific Teens Program

Valero Meraux Refinery recently presented a check to the St. Bernard-Arabi Kiwanis Club Foundation for $25,000 to officially become the new sponsors of the club’s Terrific Kids and Terrific Teens Programs. Terrific Kids and Terrific Teens are programs that are located in all of the St. Bernard Parish schools that recognizes student leadership contributions to improving the community of their schools. 

“When we heard about the opportunity to be the corporate sponsor of the Terrific Kids and Teens programs, we couldn’t help but get involved,” said VP and General Manager Leslie Sullivan. “We know that for nearly 30 years this program has been a great success in St. Bernard Parish and the Kiwanis Club Foundation is making a real difference in our community by leading the effort.”
