From St. Bernard Parish Government
In an article written Oct. 7 by titled “Cassidy treads carefully as he weighs in on Port Nola’s expansion plans”, the article states that President Guy McInnis supports the Ports expansion into St. Bernard Parish.
McInnis said in response, “the Ports expansion into St. Bernard has many unanswered questions. I am working with ALL parties involved, at the Federal, State and Local levels to identify negative impacts to our community and to mitigate ALL of those impacts so NONE of our citizens fall victim to this project. To date, I have not been satisfied that those negative impacts have been addressed and/or rectified.”
